Monday, August 2, 2010 -Reflections of Aiko Suzuki
Aiko Suzuki was well known for being a feminist, leader and educator in the arts until her death in 2005. The Japanese Canadian National Museum (6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby) presents Tributaries: Reflections of Aiko Suzuki, a display of some of her work, as well as multimedia installations by Joy Kogawa.
